The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial intern to support our international expansion.
This is not a traditional corporate internship.
You will work directly with senior management, gain exposure to high-level commercial discussions, and contribute to the growth of a luxury brand in an emerging segment of the marine industry.
For the right candidate, this role offers exceptional exposure to international business development in the luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities
International Business Development
- Identify and approach new international distributors and strategic partners
- Develop relationships with superyacht brokers, shipyards, yacht management companies, and luxury resorts
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with international partners
Market Strategy
- Conduct strategic research on luxury marine mobility and water toy markets
- Identify high-potential markets and expansion opportunities
- Analyze competitor positioning within the premium water sports and yacht toy segments
Commercial & Strategic Projects
- Prepare high-level commercial presentations and proposals
- Support the development of international distribution partnerships
- Assist in managing key client relationships
Industry Exposure
- Contribute to preparation for international yacht shows and luxury events
- Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, and strategic discussions
Profile We Are Looking For
We are seeking a top-performing student with strong entrepreneurial drive.
Education
Master’s degree student (MSc / Master 2)
Ideally from MSc Global Luxury & Management
Skills
- Strong business development and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Autonomous, proactive, and highly motivated
Languages
- Fluent English required
- French or Italian is a plus
- Additional languages are highly valued
Interests
A genuine interest in luxury, yachting, diving, or marine innovation is a strong advantage.
